Inside the structure there is a small restaurant available for guests and open upon reservation, where you can enjoy numerous recipes of the renowned Sicilian cuisine, known throughout the world for its sobriety and its simple flavors, still strongly linked to its traditions: a rustic, peasant cuisine, but at the same time also refined, noble, always accompanied by a sense of proportion and absolute respect for the ingredients.
In the restaurant you can taste the many dishes that have made this cuisine famous, starting with the appetizers, with bruschetta, cold cuts and artisanal grilled vegetables or the famous vota vota. Among the first courses, do not try the numerous soups with legumes and vegetables grown on the spot, ricotta ravioli, lasagne, fresh pasta made with ragù or pork sauce or Vignazza penne, a fresh dish with the famous cherry tomato Pachino. Inside the restaurant you will always find typical recipes, with both beef and pork dishes, but also numerous roasts, rabbit, chicken or pork, all coming exclusively from our area.
Of course we use a high percentage of our products, especially fruit and vegetables. On request we also prepare fish dishes including the tasty paella.
On reservation we also organize birthday parties, business dinners, communal lunches, and other ceremonies, with the possibility of choosing the desired menu. The maximum capacity in the winter period is 100 people. maximum of 200. The kitchen is open every day but reservations are appreciated.
